I love this place! Never had a bad meal here. It could be a little brighter inside as the lights are quite low and it makes it difficult to read the menus, but the food is always on-point. We got the calamari as an app and it was delicious! I got the SEAFOOD MAREBELLA (excellent) and my guest got the RAVIOLI CON PROSCIUTTO E RICOTTA. I had been for lunch previously and sat outside on their patio which was delightful and got their shrimp gondola app, which was FABULOUS!
I'm so disappointed to have to write this negative review, but I feel it's important to warn others about my experience at Facci. My family and I, went to Facci to treat family visiting from out of town. We were excited to try their Italian cuisine, but we were extremely disappointed with the food and service.
We ordered multiple dishes including two pasta dishes: seafood pasta, bolognese, cheese pizza, and Italian soups. ALL of the dishes were bland and flavorless. We spent $300 to leave still hungry.
Our waiter was very cold to us and acted as though she was counting down for us to leave. We are a Latino and Black family and felt uncomfortable with the way we were treated. We were never offered grated cheese for our pasta, even though we saw other tables being offered this service.
Overall, we had a terrible experience at Facci. The food was bland and overpriced, and the service was cold and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially people of color. Save your money.
Boy, where do I start?!! So this was a first date. My date took me out here on my birthday, and I must say this was the absolute worst service I’ve EVER. we have 6:30 reservations. We got there on time. We sat and waited for our bread and a bottle of wine, which we didn’t receive until 40 minutes after sitting there. This is my first time day of first time is not a good impression nor was it a good impression for first date, but I couldn’t put it on my friend he was highly upset as well. We asked to speak to the manager of three times the weed stash act as if they didn’t understand?
The calamari was the first thing that came out, which was a little rubbery and two chewy overcook. We asked that it be removed from the bill because we didn’t eat. It was not tasty. We did not receive our meal until about 8:20 p.m. we were able to put our orders in around 7:50pm after we received a bottle of wine which by then, was already about an hour and 20 minutes.
Not sure why we didn’t leave I think because we were so involved in talking to one another, but it was very dissatisfied. My main course which was the seafood pasta. It was pretty good, but it certainly wasn’t worth the wait and all of the inconsistencies with the wait staff.
Lastly, I did mention it was my birthday and so did my date they brought someone else’s cake out with the fireworks and had a happy birthday song. Play mind you I don’t like to play the race card but I was actually the only black girl in there the only one not saying that’s the reason we were treated this way, but it was terrible service again. This has been by far the worst place I’ve ever going to eat! We never were able to speak to a manager and he said he was off that day or something…. :(.

We sat at the bar. The food was good. It would have been nice for the appetizer to come out first AND our food to come out together. My pizza crust was a tad soggy but not horrible. My drink was amazing...I had two! Overall, good impromptu visit.
My son and I were in town for a tournament. We stayed at the hotel next door. Saturday night we went in for dinner. It was busy! We had three others joining us so we got a larger table. They did not make it. I said we could move to a smaller table. Our server CJ was so sweet. He was like we will see what happens. I told him not to hesitate to move us if he can get a bigger table. We ordered the calamari. I am from Boston and seafood is our thing. This was the best calamari I have ever had. My son agreed. CJ was so patient with my indecisiveness and million questions about wine. Which my the way was amazing! I love Italian wine and you can not go wrong with the huge variety (pages) of wine.
The bread! Ohhhh myyyy gaaaaaaa! Perfection! The burrata was fresh and oozing with delight! The pasta was cooked perfectly for this Italian! The red sauce was to die for! The pancetta was perfectly sized and crisp! My son got a pizza and the fresh mozz was incredible. CJ was accommodating, inviting, efficient, proficient, quick, knowledgeable, professional and someone I would want my staff! The rest of the staff were awesome too! We want to go back just to dine there!
The atmosphere was sexy but casual. Great spot!
Food was bomb! Shrimp gondola is a must. Best bolognese and pizza (crust) around. Lobster ravioli was also fire.
My family and I celebrated my mom's 80-something birthday lunch here. We reserved a table on the covered patio for 16 a few weeks in advance. It was fabulous. Everything could not have been more perfect. The manager made sure everything was set up before we arrived. He greeted us warmly and pampered my mom and all of us throughout. Waitstaff was highly attentive from start to finish. This allowed us all to just relax and enjoy the celebration, the meal, and family. We brought our own birthday cake and the manager brought it out for us to sing and then took it back to the kitchen to be sliced and served to the table with freshly brewed coffee. Beautiful day, spit-on service, lovely meal. We were not rushed A good time was had by all.
